Applying to Woking College couldn’t be easier!
Just follow the steps below and you are on your way to securing your place for September 2027

1. Open Evenings
Come and join us at one of our Open Evenings which will give you the opportunity to tour the College, meet staff and students and discuss the courses you may be interested in. The Open Evenings are a great starting point to help you make your future decisions.

Our next Open Evenings are.
- Wednesday 10th June 2026 4:30 – 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday 15th October 2026 4:30 – 8:00 p.m.
If you can’t attend an Open Evening there is lots of information in the prospectus or on this website.
2. Your Application
How to Apply
- Firstly, find the three courses you are interested in studying by clicking here .. (click here) If you are unsure which subjects you would like to study, don’t worry, choose three now to secure your place, you will have the opportunity to discuss and review/change your subjects when you come to your interview.
- When you are happy with your choices, click this button APPLY NOW 2027 to go to the Application Form.
- Fill in your details and courses you are interested in and click submit
- You will receive a confirmation email

3. Interview
Once we have received your application, we will invite you to attend an in-person interview at the College. Interviews take place from October to May and are scheduled in the order in which applications are received. These informal sessions are a chance for you to explore your subject choices and as any questions you may have about College life
4. Accept Your Offer
Following a successful interview and references from your school ( where applicable) you will be made an offer of a place which you need to accept by email.
5. Welcome Day
Having accepted your place, you will be invited to our Welcome Day in late June which you are strongly encouraged to attend. This will give you a taste of life at Woking College and you will get to try out your chosen subjects.
6. Enrolment
Enrolment Days take place in late August when you will be registered on your courses, have your student I.D issued and have the opportunity to ask any of those last-minute questions.

Applications for September 2026 are now closed
Late applications will be placed on a waiting list.
- Any applications submitted from this point will be placed on a waiting list.
- If there are any spaces available following the enrolment period in early September, we will review the waiting list and contact applicants in the order their applications were received, providing there are places on the particular courses applied for.
- If spaces do become available, priority will be given to current Year 11 students who have completed their GCSE examinations in May/June 2026.
