Health & Social Care

The BTEC in Health & Social Care (Double Award) encourages students to develop an interest and knowledge about health, early years care and education and social care. It allows students to experience a care setting and effectively contribute to the sector using skills of research, evaluation and problem solving.

And afterwards… Career opportunities include nursing, teaching support posts and care-related professions. Alternatively, it can lead towards a degree in a subject related to Health & Social Care.
