Physical Education
This course investigates how physiological, psychological and biomechanical factors combine together to influence the quality of performance in a variety of physical activities. It also investigates the socio-cultural and historical effects on participation in physical activity and how performance can be improved through practice and by analysis and evaluation. In the practical unit students will be assessed in two practical activities where they may be able to choose between performing, coaching and officiating.
