Performance Studies

This course aims to develop skills and knowledge in the areas of drama, music and dance and explores ways to combine them to create imaginative practical work. Students analyse how playwrights, composers and choreographers create their work and develop their own material in response to this. It is a creative and stimulating course which really helps to develop students’ performance repertoire. Many students take both Performance Studies and Drama and Theatre Studies as the courses are very different and complementary.

And afterwards… Musical Theatre courses at drama school or Performing Arts degree, Physical Theatre degree. Combined with an A Level in either Drama or Music, it can help with entry to a Music or Drama degree at university.today’s shrinking world.
