Interim Reports

The College issues an interim report every half term which  you should receive during the first week of every new term or half term.  This report will summarize your son or daughter's attendance, effort and achievement during the previous half term.

We usually  give these reports to the students so that they can use them to write an Action Plan for the next half term.  They should then take them home for you to see.  Please ask to see these reports.

Long reports

These are written once a year and contain detailed comments on your son/daughter's progress. They also contain an Action Plan written by the student.

In many cases your son/daughter will have taken College examinations or tests just before the issuing of the report.  These reports will contain comments on their performance in these examinations.  The reports are issued in the Spring Term or early in the Summer Term so that action can be taken before the main external examination period.
